Ekaterina is an in vivo researcher with more than 7 years of experience in preclinical drug discovery and over 5 years in neuroscience-focused studies of neurodegenerative diseases. During her tenure at Verge Genomics, she designed and executed in vivo studies, contributed to the biomarker discovery pipeline, and optimized key assays. She continued to drive biomarker discovery and assay refinement in her next position at Nine Square Therapeutics. Ekaterina holds an M.S. in Evolution, Ecology and Systematics from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
